How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Ship your item back to us using the provided shipping label.
Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 - 7 business days.
Refunds
