Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

 

Non-Eligible Items for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Items that have been customized or personalized

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
3. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
4. Ship your item back to us using the provided shipping label.
5. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 - 7 business days.

Refunds

Damaged or Lost Shipments
